For some, fitness training is more fun and motivating when working out with others. Paired or group session provides much of the same results at a lower individual rate and with the support of friends in every work-out. In group sessions, trainers personalize coaching to match individual fitness goals while we work together and enjoy the benefits and energy of others.

We both are able to communicate and see each other, so the coaching still retains the personalized training I feel that every client deserves. I offer 30 and 60 min sessions.
